Brief: Write targeted emails to our subscriber base to get them excited about wearing our shoes.

 

On behalf of their talented email marketing agency, I created email flows (abandoned cart, new customer welcome etc) and I also created campaigns. I worked closely with the CEO to nail down her ideal tone of voice.
